Before we meet, you’ll complete my comprehensive patient intake forms, giving me the opportunity to explore your health history, symptoms, lifestyle and the concerns that have brought you to The Holland Clinic.
When we meet, we’ll look at the bigger picture and begin identifying the level of support that best suits your individual needs.
Afterwards, I take the time to bring it all together into your individualised healing plan, with appropriate recommendations.

Please note: Your Initial Consultation is designed for assessment and care planning, not detailed blood test interpretation or functional test reviews. These are separate services that can be arranged when appropriate.

Whether we’re reviewing how you’re responding to your current Vitality Protocol, discussing changes you’ve noticed or looking at your basic blood test results, our time together is focused on what matters most for your next steps.

Basic blood test review, where relevant, review a basic set of blood test results within the appointment time.

This appointment is for existing patients and does not include functional test reviews or comprehensive investigations. Functional testing and detailed written reports are available through our separate Advanced Testing & Review service.
