Before I learned how to heal my gut, I was unsure of what to eat and when to eat. I tried ALL the diets out there that promised relieve. I didn't realise that the food I was consuming was affecting my mental health.

My mental state was very dark, with extremely negative thought processes and terrible self-talk. I was my own harshest critic.
